We cannot ship vines to outside the U.S., or to the following states:
California, Idaho, Washington or Oregon.

All orders for plants will be for shipping in Spring 2009. The confirmation you will receive in the mail will have the tentative ship date bold and highlighted in gray below the ship to address.

Online Order Instructions:
Take a few minutes to browse through the
catalog before ordering. Determine the types and quantities
of vines you would like to order. When you have calculated the number of vines you
will be ordering, revisit those items and enter the quantity and correct price
level for each.
Prices levels are as follow:
· 1 - 25 vines (highest price p/vine)
· 26 - 49 vines (lower price p/vine)
· 50 + vines (lowest price p/vine)
Pricing for 50+ vines is for any combination of 50. We supply the largest grade available on orders of less than 50 vines. In the event vines are unavailable, deposit will be refunded or applied to future orders.
Quantities may be adjusted in the cart, but you cannot adjust prices within the cart. You may empty the contents of your cart at any time to recalculate your order.
Payment Schedule:
Paper Orders - checks & money orders
· 1/3 with Order
· 1/3 February 1st
· 1/3 + S&H at Pickup or Before Delivery
· Deposits due within 14 days of order
· All orders must be paid in full no later than May 15th
· Orders under $200 due in full with order
Online Credit Card Orders - More than $200
· 1/3 with Order
· 1/3 February 1st (after notification†)
· 1/3 + S&H at Pickup or Before Delivery
(after notification†)
· All orders must be paid in full no later than June 1st
† IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Your online order will show the total
amount of your purchase. However, by submitting your order via our online form,
you agree to pay for your purchase in three installments as noted above. You will
be notified via e-mail prior to the second and third payment.
Online Credit Card Orders - Less than $200

Packing & Shipping:
All orders less than 50 vines add 20% Packing & Shipping Charges (if greater
than $15.00) or Minimum Shipping Charges of $15.00
Volume Discounts:
500 to 2,499 vines - 3% Discount
2,500 to 4,999 vines - 5% Discount
5,000 vines- 10% Discount
Orders less than $200 must be paid in full with order.
New York State Residents Must Add 8.25% Sales Tax
No cancellation after January 1st.
Prices are F.O.B. Fredonia, New York
Warranty: Warranty applicable only to rooted vines and plants . Cuttings are not under warranty. We are not liable for crop loss or damage from causes beyond our control. We will gladly replace any stock which proves to be untrue to variety or fails to grow the year that it is planted. We are not responsible for losses sustained over the winter. Under no circumstances is our liability greater than the cost of the stock purchased. It is mutually agreed that this is the total extent of our liability involving any matter concerning our product. All claims must be submitted by August 15th of the year the product is delivered. Only applicable to vines planted by June 1st.
